Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities. This statement (German: Barrierefreiheitserklärung) explains how accessible the site is and how to reach us if you run into a barrier.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the recognised international standard for accessible websites. We build and review the site with that standard in mind.
Known limitations
We believe the site meets WCAG 2.2 level AA. Three things to keep in mind:
- The site uses photographs from the business's own archive. Some of them exist only in a low resolution and look soft on a large screen. Every picture carries a text description.
- Moving design elements, such as the slow drift of the picture on the home page, come to a standstill as soon as your system is set to reduce motion.
- Material added after launch, such as images or PDF documents, can fall short. We check new content against the standard as it is built, and fix what we find.
Note on the Austrian Accessibility Act
This website informs you about our services and currently offers no online booking and no online ordering. An enquiry reaches us through the contact form, by phone or by email, and the contract is concluded personally afterwards. Should consumer booking or ordering functions be added in future, the formal requirements of the Barrierefreiheitsgesetz (BaFG) would have to be reviewed, in particular the statement of compliance, the feedback procedure and the competent enforcement body. Microenterprises with fewer than 10 employees and no more than 2 million euro of annual turnover are exempt.
Report a barrier
If you find a barrier on this site, or need something here in a different format, please tell us. We will help, and we will fix what we can. Email bader-alex@aon.at, call +43 664 4040093 or use our contact form. We aim to reply within a few working days.
